The Kaiser Index to Black Resources is drawn from the handwritten notes of the staff of the Schomburg Center at New York Public Library. It indexes journals, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, pamphlets and reports published between 1948-1986.The actual clipping file is available in Wilson Library Reference, 1st floor, in reference microfiche sets 34 and 34A, covering 1924-1974 and 1975-1988.
